The course of behavioral therapy

Therapy begins with introductory sessions in which we assess whether the collaboration is a good fit and whether a foundation of trust can be established. Together we will:

Treatment takes place in a safe and supportive environment through individual or group sessions. For children and adolescents, family members or school caregivers can be involved in the therapy process.

Session duration:

  • Individual therapy: 50 minutes

  • Group therapy: 100 minutes
