This includes medical histories, diagnoses, therapy recommendations, and findings collected by us or by other physicians and psychotherapists. For these purposes, other physicians or psychotherapists with whom you are or have been in treatment may also provide us with data (e.g. in medical reports).

The collection of health data is a prerequisite for your treatment. If the necessary information is not provided, careful and appropriate treatment cannot be ensured.

3. Recipients of Your Data

We only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent.

Recipients of your personal data may include, in particular, other physicians/psychotherapists, health insurance providers, and the Medical Service of the Health Insurance Funds.
